Fudge didn’t heard Crouch’s confession, the Dementor kissed him as soon as it entered the room.

I argue he did deserve what he got being shoved in the cabinet, the twins didn't know it didn't work and were possibly under the impression it was just a busted cabinet because that room in the room of requirements was full of broken things from around the castle hidden by house elves and other students and teachers.
It was his own fault he got stuck in the toilet, they didn't make him apparate. He was a big bully who PHYSICALLY hurt people on the quidditch field, WITHOUT remorse. He definitely deserved what he got. He shouldn't have tried to go out of his way to hurt people, over a freaking game - when you hurt people, you get hurt in return.
Also you talk about this being scenes from the book but didn't know crouch jr was killed before anyone ever got a confession out of him? Did you even read the book, or pay attention? Because that was BLATANTLY obvious by how angry and appalled everyone was with Fudge in that moment.
