You have a green base color so it's gonna always have a green tint..you need a violet base color so u can get true grey..Have to use your color wheel when coloring

hey! in that case the hair might not be the best quality in terms of receiving the dye. You can try another brand of dye, however Adore has always worked for me

thats why for 613 color you have to lift out the yellow which is the underline of green than apply color
About to use pink over mine because it has a green tint
