I would say you just got yourself a new lifetime customer you guys are real mechanics and don't care to get your hands dirty wish they were more shops like lucore
😁 Since I have been in the machinist occupation for 37 years now, the shop I'm employed at does shorten and modify steel and aluminum driveshafts. I am 98 percent of the time doing all driveshafts and axle modifications, universal joint replacement is a very common part of the work. If the replacement u- joints were available, I would have just replaced them. But, being a shop like yours, I understand why a shaft was replaced by a new one. Love your videos!👍
Betcha anytime that customer has any issue, he will be back with ANY car he owns. I believe you just got a lifetime customer Austin. Well done Lucore auto.
Did the customer provide this same note of possible self diagnosis to the other shops? I mean obviously you guys are going to come to your own conclusions when diagnosing and repair accordingly. The fact that the customer already had a good idea n these other shops didnt even try in my opinion. Great job boys.
its been to other shops and turned down because its been modified,no reason to bad mouth other mechanics because they chose not to work on it .also if customer provided parts they probably didnt want to use them. did you offer a warranty using their parts? solid mounts on that vehicle is ridiculous

This is why I feel you guys are some of the best!
Thanks Austin. Thanks for the video! Happy New Year 🎆 💯👍
Good stuff ....thanks....🔧🔧👍
Austin, beard is epic for the new year! Cant wait for the issue and solution.
Fortune shocks are made near where I live and have a really good reputation, supposed to be nice stuff!
Rust at the the U-Joint area is a great visual inspection sign its bad...
Wasnt there a song that went like this: Good good good good vibrations 😅
Would it have been cheaper to replace u-joints
What would be the reason to put on solid mounts? Race cars, yes, but a daily driver doesn't make sense. Oh well. Good job.

I'd say, most "shops" aren't quite up to your level. Great video though!
Lord help the Consumer...
Why is that so hard? That is an obvious issue and easily repaired problem.

Aiming the parts cannon does not make one a mechanic.
