I would settle for knowing if these people actually DO lose their license or that is just something SAD says.
I had a small victory for my local area. Reported multiple times cars driving over a raised curb to cross 1 verge then over a pavement to get to a large patch of grass with flowers to park next to their homes. They were destroying the grass and flowers made it a mud pit. Local council put up a wooden fence on the large area but unfortunately they still go up the curb onto the grass verge to park, so it was a win/lose situation. But unfortunately they totally ignored the report for a shop painting their own lines blocking the path, i'm assuming because they aren't national locals they gave favouritism.
I love listening to the sound of my own voice so here's a poem for you.

Im impressed by the police that gets there so fast. In Sweden it takes about an hour on the phone just to to reach the cops, and if u are lucky they might show up. That depends in what degree of the crime there are. Trafficissues, no way. Abused, nah we aint got time. Murder, well be there when we can, maybe.

He speaks of unity through a poem, yet does so only through the division of hatred. Hatred of what, though? Hatred for the things which we do not comprehend; hatred for those we have always had hatred for because it has always been so, and we were taught and conditioned, since birth, to hate them, for we have always carried a significant amount of hatred with us specifically for those who deserve it. But who deserves it? Simply the groups which we were told are deserving of hatred. But why are they deserving? Because we were taught to have such a perspective, and because they have always been deserving of our immaculate hatred! However, are we deserving of carrying such hatred for others? Perhaps such actions, and the attitudes which accompany such actions, can only result in detriments, and no benefits can be attain through such beliefs and actions. Most of us know that having the emotion of hatred only serves to attract more negative energy, while it also damages our mental, and physical, health! Negativity begets negativity! We need to break this vicious circle of false blame that serves no beneficial function for any of us, on all sides, except for the global elites who are able to produce more work towards achieving their endgame, and this advancement is directly tied to the amount of division that exists within the general, global populace. When we fight each other, neither one of us wins, only the global elites can derive benefits from such a sad state of affairs. Yet, we do not need to fight, the hatred we carry for one another will serve as being more than sufficient to be an environmental condition, a state of being, that only serves the global elites. Just like the illegal parkers who attempt to use the excuse that, "People have always parked here," but it still does not make it right. Nor does carrying hatred for others simply because someone is telling us to have hatred for them, because we have always had hatred for them. Besides the fact that carrying so much hatred, regardless of whom it is directed upon, is still a detrimental act that shall only attract more negative energy to the person hating, but what if even more importantly than that is that we are blaming the wrong group of people. What if the people we have been taught to hate, and been taught to blame are not even the "deserving" recipients of our hatred? What if they are not responsible for whatever we are taught that they are . . . what if they did not do the things which we use to justify our hatred of them? What if we are seeing monsters in each other, where there are none, outside of the only monsters existing in each other are the various beliefs and perspectives, along with the global elites various influences that take hold of us, and we can often see such parasitic creatures, and mistakenly believe them to be the person's true persona, which is in all essence a monster, instead of recognizing what it truly is, a parasitic creature placed there by the global elites themselves. This hatred serves no beneficial purpose to us, nor for us, it only perpetuates the falsehood that certain groups of people are deserving of hate, when in reality they deserve none of the hate. Hating is easy, but when it serves no purpose for us, then it does not matter if it is easy or difficult or whatever . . . we simply need to stop engaging in the BS, and cease maintaining these false realities which have been created for us to mold and shape our believes for the benefit of the global elites. Hate can do us no benefit, nor advantage. We must stop the hatred, and begin to strive for a better understanding of one another, free from false realities which otherwise only contribute to the conditioning of believing in false realities. Stop hating; start understanding!
Further, how much weight can one place upon some poet's poem when it is utilized in a debate as supporting evidence, for we are talking the world of poetry, of make-believe, of the ethereal. Since when should poets dictate the shape of our logic, like nearly all things, poetry has its place, but its not in debate, and no matter how elegant, and radiant the words, along with the message, may be, it does not possess the power to win a debate for you. Think about it, poets are the ones who use words to muddy their waters in order to create the illusion that their waters are actually much deeper than they are. I guess the same is true here, of the cyclists, for he is using a poem to make his oppositional argument appear more significant than it is.
