I'm sorry, maybe playing it on a slower speed will help, next time I'll speak slower!

in "customize buttons", under the * button options,
there is a choice "registered AF func".
    What does this do?
    and
    How do you use it?
    thanks

Hey, thanks for your comment, I've just looked and if you press "info" when hovering over it lots of AF functions pop up such as AF area, subject to detect, eye detection, etc. There is a checkbox next to them so I'd imagine it will switch to those modes depending on the scenario. However I did just test it and it seemed like nothing was happening so I'm not actually sure how it works and ow it will benefit you in the real world. Sorry!

Hi! Does your camera beep when video recording starts? My camera is not beeping. I have not found a menu item that switches this. I only found a menu item with volume.

No I don't think any Canon Camera does, that. Maybe the cinema cameras but we use 3 of them at work and never seen a setting to turn it on. Maybe it's just a sony thing.

@@samuelmaynard84 Thank you. It's strange that we can change the volume of the signal, but we can't turn it on.

@@samuelmaynard84 I was wrong. This menu item switches the video recording signal with a timer.

Hi Samuel, I have a quick question as I am a hybrid shooter who leans more towards the videography side and I shoot a lot of motorsports and have been looking at upgrading for the 120fps feature that my R7 is just lacking what would your suggestions be and any advice. Love the vids they are super helpfull.

Thank you man! Do you need 4K 120? Or is 1080P fine? The high frame rates in 1080P work well with good lighting so motorsports will be great for you. If you want 4K though, the R5C or R5 II is the choices!

Click on settings, and then "playback speed", the video can be slowed down to suit then. Audio will be slower, but the pictures and stuff will stay longer.

I am not old and cant follow either. You have to pause the video every now and then. Tipp: When paused you can move a video forward or backwards frame by frame by pressing either . or ,
