i dont know but it has some kind of exotic feeling. It fits perfectly my feeling of loneliness and fear when travel more than 20,000ly from civilized space
Yeah it seems to be heavily inspired by ancient Mesopotamian music. Weirdly fits for a game set in the future. I guess the way we experience the world always goes back to the ancient timeless sense of wonder.
@@vehicleboi5598 it used to show a nice planetary view with clean dark buttons and played this music. Now its a hangar view with large orange buttons and the soundtrack is a boring soulless version of what it was. When you exit the game you sometimes can actually see the old menu screen flash for a split second.
it sounds like starship flight academy anthem. After long years of studying, exams and practice, you finally got your license and bought a small, yet your own starship. Now, you're free to go anywhere. It is your life
Here you are Commander. Sitting in your ship just outside the bubble. You look towards milky way... There is so much to learn, so much to explore... So much danger is awaiting. But you have to. You have to go there. The Universe is immense. You want to be part of it. You have to satisfy your lust of curiosity. Well then... Fly safe CMDR o7
Im looking for the original music, you can hear between 00:00 and 00:05. That's got to be something classic. Im struggling to find it, though. Its got to be something in the direction of "Moonshine Sonata" and "Hall of the Mountain King". Somewhere in that general direction. Can someone help me? PS: This is the second time I hear that tune. The first time was at this german electro/minimal set from "Extrawelt": ruclips.net/video/X2MS0HU29JY/видео.html You can hear the same thing in the first few minutes. Its a little bit faster, but definitely the same thing. Any leads?
Why does this spook me so much?! I stopped playing this game, it just happened.... too much for my mind. Smh I brought nice ships too, even had the Python. But idk, toomuch for me to keep up I guess
@@AlexInSpace_-_- I brought other ships, alot, maybe 10 others, I just kind of forgot the names at the moment. I remember it being 3 groups of leaderships (empire, alliance and the other one, I brought 3 ships from the other group that I loved. I should still have one saved in my game). I also did weapon modding, and have those missiles that shoot like 20 at once lol, But idk, I just stopped playing one day, forgot how to play, and now I am afraid to relearn for some reason.🤔
Mining is shooting at a rock to make it spit out smaller rocks that you have to chase and catch to get anything. Combat is flying in circles chasing another guy who's also flying in circles and taking potshots until one of you dies. Hauling is flying circles around planets before you can drop out of frameshift because the game decides to triple your speed when you approach any celestial body. And Exploration is flying circles around stars for fuel while you hold down a button for a few seconds to map the system and then go to the NEXT star to do the same thing. Oh, and the multiplayer is basically invite-only. I really wanted to like this game. I TRIED to like this game. Hell, I basically bought it twice; once on release and again with Horizons when they added all the planetary stuff back in with another full price tag. But everything is just about three shades too tedious to be fun, and there's no point in doing any of it anyway. When I got this game, I thought it was going to be EVE: Online but with twitch controls. I wanted Player factions. I wanted large fleet battles. I wanted capital ships and player-owned stations and player-driven conflicts and politics. Instead I got EVE: Offline; All of the Spreadsheets, None of the Fun.
I literally sit in the menu screen waiting for this theme to finish before I even think about playing.

If only the game could greet us with this menu screen once more...
the "new" one is decent but I like this one so much more
Composer did a great job. Really captures almost EVERYTHING in the game in 3 mins.

Dont question My Name that's why's you need an elite ship to count on. Oh it's your only friend out there buddy.
