What happened in the ending u asked: well apparently after Misaki found out the truth that Yuji had lied to her about being an office worker and he's being transferred to that mysterious company with no hope, she dumped him. When she found out that Keiichi is a president of his company and became successful, she tries to ask him to get back together with her but Keiichi refused since he can see through her ulterior motives knowing that she's only after his money and told her to get out of his life since he's happy with Yui now and told Misaki that he's already engaged to Yui which left her shocked with defeat and both Keiichi and Yui left her behind crying with regret.
Afterwards: after getting dumped by Keiichi, Misaki tried to look for rich guys to marry but all turn her away and she even got swindled by a guy she dated who claimed to be an entrepreneur, so she ended up being dead broke with no hope in the future.
As for Yuji, since he regret transferred to this unknown company, he couldn't stand it anymore so he quit. He tries to find a job at the company but he got rejected so he has no choice but to work at the supermarket until he starts a fight with a customer and he ended up not only getting fired but got arrested too for assaulting a customer and one of the staff who tries to stop him from fighting but ended up getting injured by him so he ended up getting sued by a customer. After getting out of prison, his parents cut ties with him after they found out what he did and he ended up becoming poor who tries to make ends meet. Oh and after finding out the news that Keiichi and Yui got married, he screams in a fit of rage and envy that he accidentally step on a stray dog's tail and he ended up getting chased by a vicious dog at the park.

The fate of Yuji and Misaki:
Yuji made repeated requests to transfer out of the "Something Something Parts" department, but HR denied each one, informing him that 'your current department is the one that best matches your skills and abilities', much to Yuji's dismay. He considered quitting, but decided not to, fearing that his reputation might be an obstacle in finding a new job. The final blow came when he ran into his old colleagues from the Development department; not only did it take a while to for them to even REMEMBER who Yuji was but made it abundantly clear that things had been much better in the Development Department ever since he left, vaporizing his worthless pride into dust. Also, Misaki dumped him, but Yuji had been under so much emotional distress that he didn't care.
As for Misaki? After dumping Yuji and utterly failing to get back with Keiichi, she began attending mixers and matchmaking events in order to find a new guy... but in her desperation, she was too transparent about her secret motives, turning off the guys she tried to go after. Eventually, she became known as a gold digger and was refused entry to those events; even her friends stopped trying to help her saying, "I'm not going to introduce you to a guy just so you can treat them like an ATM, Misaki!' Things seemed to turn around when she met a handsome CEO... who quickly turned out to be a con artist who tricked Misaki into a massive and incredibly shady debt.
