I commend Rin for apologizing after insulting her ex and realized how rotten Takuya really is, even though she knew there's no chance of her and Keiichi getting back together. I have to commend Rin for at least apologizing to Keiichi for hurting him in the past and berating him when they met again... Even better that she didn't ask Keiichi to get back together with her the moment she heard he was the president of his company instead giving her blessings to Keiichi and Yui to be happy together as she realized she messed up, resulting in her letting go of a really good guy like Keiichi for someone selfish like Takuya. She even defended him from the accusations thrown at him when Takuya tried using his father to corner him.
Most ex-girlfriends in previous stories on this channel are often too prideful to admit their mistakes and acting entitled that the MCs should get back together with them after seeing them do well just because "they knew them the longest" then their current girlfriends/wives, leading to their downfalls. But she is one of the rare few ex-girlfriends that are different.

He basically lives in the town where people were like gossiping, mocking and glaring,so he became a shut in
As for Rin, she regretted how she treated Keichi before. So, she wrote apology letter to Keichi. When Keichi received a letter from Rin, he replied that he forgive her. And townspeople talking with her and she lives comfortably in town.
What about Keichi and Yui, perhaps they dating and the townspeople joking them when they get married.

this is the first seeing this art style and character design after skimming back to previous episodes that might be align to this one from at least 9 months back but i got nothing. even though my hunch leans towards somewhere around ayasaki-san's drawings to kanon a bit but wouldn't think to be like mani mani people. it looks so much like those recent videos i've come across but still off somewhere. i might be wrong here but the last time we've seen the ex NOT getting back with keiichi was 5 months ago involving a shabby inn and this is just me basing this from tv trops since i might be wrong as that place hasn't been updated since god knows how long but might be recent. takuya really was the dumbest man to involve personal matters at his and keiichi's hometown. the male vo isn't bad but he needs to work on his mic and his constant shouting. it's not that the shouting is bad but it just about the situation of things and the echos coming off feels like he's doing it at some theater or something. aside from that, liking the new choice of music here and the new video editing tricks.
