@void you can find the radio in uncharted territory Also theres a radio from tower map on hybrid in the water at the bottom (turn up brightness and clear everything to see it)
@@internaldimensions301 if i not remember bad the image of mudulo2 is a image with someting what you need remove from him and will give you a discord server invitation (or a thing like that) and on that server you will obtain the plans from the inverse teleportation achievement
The fact that people playground isnt a normal sandbox feels wrong. It may just be a facility, used to test humans, how they work, how they react, everything. It's hell for those that you've spawned, but all you see it as a game.

Have u played it in 2019? Well if u did u probably played tower map, there was a radio that makes very loud scream if u kill people, now its removed

Modulo2.jpg is actually an image you have to decode to reveal a blueprint for the "Inverse Teleportation" achievement.
