hints and tips to prepare for the UK Iron Butt 4 corners challenge. Things that I experienced when I completed the challenge on 26th June 2021. Get a padded seat! (I forgot to mention that).
Really great advice...am at the start of finding out more about the iron butt challenge and this has been very helpful. Thanks for creating the video and hope the hands have healed by now 🙂
Great advice, thanks.
Been thinking about the 1k challenge, done a few 12/13 hour days.
I will do some more maybe a couple 18 hour.
Hope your wrist get better soon.
Good luck mate. You’ll be fine I’m sure.
Great advice, thank you for sharing. It's on my bucket list and you video was helpful. Well done on your charity donation.
Thank you. I wish you the best of luck. You’ll be glad you did it!
Thanks for taking the time to post this I'm planning to do this in 2023 and this is by far the best advice. Cheers
Good luck!! Hope all goes well. 👍🏻
Great video thanks mate
Cheers Russ. Good luck mate. It tough but great fun.
Yeah I not going to rush it take a week or so and enjoy it
I’m thinking of doing the challenge , but I thought it was over 48hours ? Or is it a different challenge than the full monty ? Coincidently I’m from Crewe ,
Yeah it’s a different challenge to the Full Monty. It’s tough. A lot tougher than I expected, and I do big distances all the time, but don’t let that put you off! If you plan and prepare well enough you’ll be fine. Good luck mate...keep us posted.
