for the guy asking about the insomnia, i would say to not train near to bed. But tbh what worked for me best is that i reduced the intensity of my workout. I didn't push myself past failure and reduced the sets, i listened to my body. This helped significantly.

12:49 This is so true. I’ve seen guys at the gym train their reps so slowly that they’re not even close to failure. Just because you can’t do another rep doesn’t mean you actually recruited all the fibers you have. You can fatigue quicker by slowing your reps down too much and what ends up happening is that you fail from metabolic fatigue rather than muscular failure.
One time I met Sam sulek. We ran into each other at Kroger and his cart was FULL of Krispy Kreme donuts. I asked him if I could have one, and all of a sudden he gave me his kreme and no krispy.
I saw Sam Sulek at a grocery store in Columbus yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?” I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen boxes of Cinnamon Toast Crunch in his hands without paying. The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter. When she took one of the boxes and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.
Sam @31:26 that's a hard no for you for two reasons. 1) You are on 'track' and yes that stuff has helped people who've gotten off track or we're derailed by past trauma. 2) The most important reason not to do that I discovered today is that eating isn't easy. Went a big chunk of the day thinking I need to eat but nothing sounds good and when I tried to eat some chicken...No sir...I don't like it. I did however get to drench up some past childhood trauma that really sucks so yippie... lol

Also the netflix show "vikings" or "the last kingdom" are also very, very entertaining and suck you into the dialog so well. Highly recommend those 3.

I’ve never used creatine supplements or preworkout other than coffee yet, it’s rather expensive. Lord willing I’ll get to try them soon as well as lots of other supplements. Supplements I currently take: Multivitamin, Vitaminc C, Vitamin D, Magnesium, Fish Oil/Omega 369 Supplements I want to take. Creatine, BCAAs, Glutamine, Leucine, Isoleucine, Arginine, HMB, Carnitine, Citrulline, Betaine, Taurine, Theanine, Tyrosine

Plus having to “subscribe” to it as in keep buying it regularly once you start. So inspiring!!! I weigh 175lb and bench 365lb about 5 times, close to max I guess. I do dumbell bench only up to 90lb dumbells and thought just recently maybe over 100 is too much and more form and squeezing is the better route….NOW seeing this…100 lb Dumbells here I come!!!
Ain’t no way in hell you weigh under 180 and you can bench close to 400 , that’s a pound for pound world record there if it’s true but it doesn’t make sense that you can’t or haven’t presses the 100s

Best way I’ve learned good form is incline bench cable pressing. If you start to wobble the cables make it obvious, but not the risk of injury cuz you can’t drop it on you
