"Let the mercury rise on up, and it boils in my blood" Sounds like it's referring to the electrical charge thingy raiden does before he throws the metal gear in the air.
"ALIIIIVE, I SWEAR I'LL, TEAR AT THE SEAMS TILL YOU COME UNDOOOOOONE!" That's when raiden starts slashing away and destroys the metal gear.
By the electrical charge, are you referring to the Ninja Run?

I'll die on this hill, this should have played in the first fight against RAY in the tutorial, and there should have been a RAY and REX guarding the base where Armstrong was hiding, and Raiden and Wolf have to fight them together, and Rules of Nature should of played there

The original game was called mgs:rising , but because kojima ran into technical difficulties it was (i think so) handed over to platinum, but platinum wanted to use their own engine, so metal gear: rising revengeance was born...

If metal gear rising 2 ever comes out this should be in it then that should be it the rest of the soundtrack should just be completely original, same vibe but original. To expand on this idea this should be used in the first fight like rules of nature, basically used as nostalgia bait.
i noticed this version sounds a lot more.. primal, and feral, like a wild animal/beast, and the mixed one sounds more like a calm calamity, a flurry of mechanical rage.. that was way too metaphorical xD

+TheFedehugo Thanks, and at the same time you have to give the vocalists credit, as this was the beta/demo song to test how the soundtrack would sound for the game, from what i've heard/read.
TheGamingTriad Well yeah, for what it is, it isnt BAD per say, I like how they gave an effort into it, rather than none at all
+TheFedehugo imo, that's one of the reasons i love and honestly, have high expectations for platinum games, is when they get their songwriters and producers to put effort into the demo songs and even publicly release them! I dont know, i just like being able to hear what the song was before the game, ya know?
TheGamingTriad I agree, and altough it would be nice to see more of these, I can say with pride that I like the official ones more. I have been a fan of Mteal Gear since I was 5, it was the first PS2 that wasnt for kids that Ive had played, and after years of playing, I wish we could have more Rising, its own thing, let there be there be the Lighting Bolt and the Man Who Sold The World, ya know?

they became too funky when platinum games took over the work
I prefer most of the final stuff besides the instrumentals for The Only Thing I Know. This are far to slow paced I find but these are also probably unfinished versions of what could have been used so idk if that's a fair comparison.
@@0Synergy this song as an example, instruments aside, the emotion in his voice is perfect in this version, much better than the mellowed out dubstep crap in the final, if I have to point out a flaw is that the singing starts too late in all of them but that is easily changed

What? They yell just as much and the energy and beat is much much faster. Plus the electronic mixed the viscous guitar licks I think really suits the games futuristic theming. Also for the singing that could be a left over on how the looped the songs and switched between the vocal sections and non where as I think the final game they just fade between versions or something.
@@0Synergy to put it bluntly, this version is rougher, more metal which most modern people don't appreciate, if you want speed it could easily be made faster by playing the notes faster, in the final beats are added electronically on top of these so you think it is faster, but the actual instrument speed is the same, as for the fade out or whatever you meant, I am unsure what you are thinking off, i am just saying in the originals the singing starts in the 2nd half (most of them), which could easily be fixed, i dont think i need to elaborate here, i prefer original singing style tho, it is more humane. Regarding whether it fits the futuristic theme or not, i dont really care, I am just sharing my opinion, not everything futuristic/new is better than its predecessors
