- We had not picked up our vlog camera yet in 2020, so we decided to change that being that January has already came and went! In this video we do a little thrift shopping at some of our favorite local thrift stores + get our hair cut + open some mail + make some dinner at home + introduce Lou, our newest family member!

CURRY RECIPE
Fry following items in a pan w/ sesame oil:
Sliced Chicken or Pork (optional)
Broccoli
Sliced orange pepper
Sliced red onion
Minced garlic
Then add 1 jar of red or green curry paste. Stir and cook for a bit to coat everything. (We use Thai Kitchen brand curry paste)
Then add 1-2 cups of chicken/vegetable stock and let it come to a boil.
Once it’s boiling add 1 can of coconut milk, chopped green onion and a handful of chopped basil.
Lastly serve over jasmine rice topped with cilantro and lime.
