I was gonna be surprised if you didn't mention Sturgeons. They've been in such critical condition for so long. Also thanks for the remind the WWF does Plush Adopts for donations, it's been a since I looked at these.

    2100? Probably a lot sooner. 😢
I adopted an animal from WWF a couple of days ago (a penguin). I had no problem giving to the Salamander organisation, but the Whale and Dolphin people required a phone number, and, because I'm in New Zealand, no combination I tried was acceptable. As well, there was no way of ensuring that the money would go to the river dolphins, although, of course, I'm sure whatever they would have done with the money would have been worthwhile. I could have borrowed a UK phone number from the Internet, of course, but didn't really want to do that. Oh well, I'll see if I can find someone else trying to help river dolphins.

Mr Tsuki, I have once heard of an institution that has developed a way to get caviar on an alternative way (without killing the sturgeons and not taking too many eggs). I have seen it on an episode from the Hairy Bikers not too long ago. Maybe it would be interesting to research this

I didn’t know there was species of freshwater porpoise or that they introduced the Chinese giant salamander to Japan. What was the reason for doing that?

Recently the RUclipsr The Gaming Beaver made a video where he was assisting a conservationist with his work on the Japanese giant salamander. He also started selling a salamander plushie that is limited edition and all proceeds go to helping preserve salamander habitat. If you want a plushie you have until the 15th to get one.

Yeah, sturgeon are basically extinct already.
I don't see them coming back. Just too much damage was done during the chaotic period after the USSR fell, and there was no one enforcing regulations anymore.

Yes, I've heard about farming sturgeon for their eggs, too, but really, can't we just stop eating animals? (I am aware that quite a few communities do not have this option for a variety of reasons, but sophisticated societies, which are the ones doing the most harm to the planet, most certainly can choose to eat a plant-based diet.)

Save the pink river dolphin not have another river, dolphin die off like the Beijing river dolphin they are the closest living fossil to existed porpoises without the Dolphins will never bring back to Beijing dolphin, or even the other dolphins in the dead everybody do something. Do you guys want to see a real life Jurassic Park in real life well you need to save animals especially the endangered ones so we can bring back them from the dead. This is serious I’m not joking.
