The "test course" is another thing and what you can see... with those off roading set ups is also part of the test course and also some buyers can test the SUVs there. And the pick up center as well is over there because some people schedule a flight to pick up their $100,000+ SUV.

The Renault is still kicking on but sold the GT-R some years ago. Bent two rods, and replaced the turbo at about 150000km. Was a nice car to own but the problems drove me up the wall.

My e90 is 1320kg without me in it. I wouldn’t call it a heavy car by any means. It’s barely more than a gt86. They have incredible suspension tho which is actually what makes them drive so good

The E60 was 507bhp, the F10 was nearer 560bhp I think. (They actually low ball their numbers, many were dyno’d and doing nearer 600bhp, the E60 often got nearer 535bhp, and the F90 had been dyno’d at around 620-640bhp, all stock, I think in some cases the cars have access to higher octane rated fuel, than what the tests were done with, but bmw seem to pretty consistently under rate their BHP numbers, going back decades really)

Lol, it's not even close to the longest drift in the world. Our russian dude from Ural set a World Record of 17 hours (440 km) non-stop drift on VAZ 2106. And it wasn't just doing donuts for 8 hours, it was a full drift config with transitions :)) No stops, no pitstops, no refuel by the way. Due to sanctions, it can't be registered, although there's a lot of official proofs on RUclips, go check it out.
