Unfortunately TV execs are usually to boring to see genius like this being worth the expense. They don't realise it's a slow build to cult status. This stuff, like The Young Ones, Red Dwarf etc... has a really long shelf life and a whisper campaign of devoted love :)

When I was a kid, Humpty Dumpty terrified me, in fact I wouldn't go near him, or nurseryland!
One day my dad picked me up and dropped me behind the fence of Humpty Dumpty, I was so terrified!
We're planning a trip to the iow next year and this is definitely one of the places we'll be going-it looks so trippy!😁There's a kid's amusement park not far from me( Telford) called Wonderland that's like a tiny version of this. I took my son there when he was little and he loved the rides but he was terrified of all the animatronics and wouldn't go near them.Fair play. 😂
It is really expensive now. Something crazy like £35 a day ticket, and they get round it by saying you can come back any time within six weeks.

I remember I used to go as a small kid once a year with my family and I was always scared of almost everything and I’ve avoiding that place for ages 🤣
21 year old me now wants to go back and bring my boyfriend who says he doesn’t find anything creepy at all
Also I miss the talking parrot. I can’t remember if it was here or robin hill (again I haven’t lived on the island for years now)

I agree. Humpy simply was the scariest thing ever for me when I was little. I would cry every time I went past the place he was. First time I saw him I darted back to my mum, trying to hide from him by running on all fours, and crying, and she had to take me away and she had this huge talk with me about how it was fake and wasn't going to hurt me.
Who the hell is humpy simply? I mean Humpty Dumpty
The new mansion place is even scarier than Humpy Dumpty. If my Dad wasn't with me I would have shat myself.

Marek Larwood oh shit 😭, might cancel now . I m sure I've got some photos of it somewhere. First went in 1985 , my late parents took me and a couple of my mates, great memories. Great videos btw, I've subscribed now, so more hours to spend on RUclips... just aswell TV is so crappy nowadays .

that toadstool is looking like that because since the lotto started he has been doing the same numbers every saturday and the one saturday he forgot to put it on...yes...you Guised it folks... all his numbers came up.....yes...he would have been .....£50 million pounds richer......poor mr toadstool.........yes..... the first time i saw the version of humpty dumpty they have here at blackgang-chine... i was six years old...i shit my jocks.....i thought he was going to get off the wall , grab me then bite my head off..... the teeth on this humpty...he is creepy and scary...i had nightmares for a month afterwards....... yes..i heard that because this humpty is so scary looking he had his own version of the humpty song but just three weeks into playing this humptys song version loads of angry parents complained and they had to go back to the original song script...this scary humptys song version was..........humpty dumpty sat on the bed, little bo -peep was giving him xxxx all of a sudden she started to weep, she could tell by the taste he'd been xxxxxxxx her sheep..........naughty, nasty, humpty.
it was like being eight years old again
