I am with the lady who commented that you need a sparkly top with the velvet trousers. As your birthday is in November and of course we have Christmas soon after, what better months to sparkle! The first blue top suits your hair and colouring and looks so beautiful on you.

Hi Kim! Love the blue blouse on you, the best of the bunch! Teh navy blouse is nice but I think it would be better undone! …. Love the velvet trousers, they look smart but the length is wrong for sure. I’m 5’3 and have a short inside leg, I can tell you now that M&S leg lengths have gotten longer and longer over the years. I would have to wear a heel with those trousers or take them up! My mum who used to be able to buy M&S trousers no longer can as she is only 5ft or just under and they drown her! … people who are short always have to take them up as they have gone to regular length now in their short….. I would try the regular on in store if you can Kim, if not try next for them, they always get velvet trousers in and you know it’s easy enough to order and return from them… teh black blouse looks nice on you but nothing special and I think teh waistcoat/vest makes you look grannyish, probably the style on that one though… keep the good videos coming girl! X
If there's more than 1 pair of regular trousers try a few.... M&S trouser lengths are terrible now, I'm convinced they're not labelling properly. I tried 2 pairs of jeans in the same style but one was 2 inches longer despite both being regular (& it's Def not the first time that's happened). I've also tried on 3 pairs now where one leg was 1.5cm longer than the other. Bizarre. For the prices they're charging they need to step up their quality & QC. I think you'd get a decent amount of wear out of a knitted waistcoat, they jazz up plain t shirts and look good with wide leg trousers & trainers, smart casual ☺️👍

You need to steer away from the black because as we age too much black is very unforgiving on us! You need lots of bright colour as this will almost always lift our mood ect and give us a boost!
Best top was the navy sale top.. not keen on the rest..I think the regular length will be fine especially wearing a small heel.. 😊 great vid.. thank you x

I am 5ft 3 and I wear a petite from there I normally get either a petite or a regular crop for them to fit. Some trousers in Next are too long for me but will have to turn these up. With the navy top you could wear a pair of white jeans or jeggings. I did try the next wide leg cords but they have none in stock online but not sure about the shop All the best and see you in the next one x

I could tell you were not keen on anything. I got a pair of the straight leg jeans in black £25 and a nice cotton long sleeve teeshirt in green. I saw some lovely jumpers. And quite fancied the dark blue jeans straight leg.
I like the last 2 tops on you Kim- I don’t think they were too short unlike some of the other viewers. I think regular length velvet trousers might just be ok for you Kim as the petite seemed fine when you held them up against you but were too short- it may be that they are high waisted trousers so the leg length is actually shorter than it appears. 😊
I'm like you Kim a 14, sometimes the size 12 is great, other times really snug, I do like M & S for their quality, love the Sienna super soft jeans atm, have a look at them 😊

The regular length would be fine if you like them. Love the knitted waistcoat! I’d get those trousers in regular and they’ll be in your wardrobe for years with different tops Lighter tops suit you better.

Black does your colouring no favours as a top ( fine for trousers). Blue and navy both suit you much better.

I don't think you need baggy tops with wide legged trousers. I always wear bright colours and find a lot of the autumn colours too dull for me xx

the bright blue seems a bit short,,,, the navy one isnt as bad or doesnt appear as short.
