Mmm not sure I agree that pregnant women need to not complain about that they are going through whether it be pain, happiness or emotional exhaustion. Women need to remember that they are entitled to feel what they are feeling no matter what someone else is going through. People are so hyper sensitive about what they are going through that it’s projected onto other women. Feel your feelings and feel what you are going through, it’s okay! just know that someone else’s situation is their own. People/women need to recognize that.

This!! We didn't actually choose to be the sex that carries children, so it's not really fair to say that just because we chose to have children we shouldn't express pain and trauma around pregnancy. Men don't have to make that choice to have kids. We can simultaneously be glad for the chance to make our own reproductive choices and experience pregnancy and also have complex feelings around it. Of course be sensitive when you don't know someone else's history around pregnancy, but it's upsetting to feel like gratitude is the tax we pay on the basic right to freely choose to be pregnant.

@@ralusa6970 yes hun... take your time! Enjoy your young adult life & enjoy the alone time your partner before bringing a baby into it! I promise you won't regret it.
I met my husband at 17. We married at 21 & 22 years old. We're now 25 & 26 years old. We've already bought our first house & we've been financially good for a few years now... but we just started trying to conceive this year 😊 Still no luck... so throw me some baby dust! 👶🥰
But let me tell you.... its SO much more exciting when you're mentally ready for a baby. Even though we've been extremely careful at preventing pregnancy in the past... I still always imagined I'd accidentally get pregnant & that terrified me tbh... I've always dreamed of happily planning our baby & dreamed of telling our family & them be over the moon happy... not worried & mad. Now that I'm at this point in my life... it's SO SO exciting & SO worth the wait ❤

Achieved what? Finished high school, got married, started having babies. Not really an achievement. No education, no traveling, no career. YouTubing is not sustainable in the long run- you need to keep producing sellable content, which means your life is driven by it- keep moving houses, keep having babies. You aren’t really living your life. Think about it.

On the topic of body hair, making my own sugar paste at home made things so much simpler and easier. There are good recipes on youtube to follow. You only need one cup of sugar, 2tbsp of lemon juice, 4 tbsp of water and a tsp of salt. It's quick to make, easy to use once you get used to it, it is more painful than shaving, but the hairs seem to grow back less and less with time, and overall you need to do it way less times. No itching at all... ingrown hair can happen, but I feel like it happens less so than after shaving. It is pretty much free, all natural ingredients, dissolves in water... I even did it in late pregnancy. I love it so much and had to share. Affordable, natural, efficient, lasts longer, and reduces hair growth.

I'm not far behind you on baby #2, at 31 weeks. Here we go!
And hit nail on the head with what you were talking about with pregnancy. There are really hard parts, its all beautiful and a blessing, but sometimes hardships even with it. And some women have very very hard pregnancies and deliveries. It happens. And women who struggle with infertility and child loss are loved and respected. That is a mountain some folks have to face and its a very hard climb. And on both side folks need to be loving and compassionate towards one another.

I disagree. I think sleep when the baby sleeps is helpful and doable if you're a first time SAHM. It helped me recognize just how much sleep I actually as a first time mom, and that I NEEDED naps in the first 3 months of the baby's life. Honestly though, sleeping when the baby sleeps in general is not very practical for those with multiple kids unless u have a sitter/nanny. Also preparing food ahead of time allows for you to eat when the baby is eating, and you can have people bring food to you.

My second pregnancy is 100% different. I never spotted and never had breast soreness. I started to have nipple tenderness later in the pregnancy (followed up with leaking milk?!) but that's it. My first trimester made me basically bed ridden, I was so miserable. Luckily, I have a great partner and his family to help with the baby so I could rest when needed. As soon as second trimester hit, I felt like a different women soooooo much better compared to the 1st trimester. I'm very grateful to have another child, but this pregnancy been really hard on me. I can't wait to meet the little one, will be worth everything.

I’d never heard about the skin tag thing! I’m 32 weeks pregnant and like 3 months ago, got two little bumps in the exact same place as you, right at the front of the underarm. It makes total sense that that’s what they are! I can’t pick mine off so I’m hoping they will go away, they aren’t really possible to hide in the summer when I’m wearing tank tops 99% of the time 😅

What’s hardest from an intimacy POV (not sexual) is practicality of bump but also smell sensitive as well, which means no kissing, which is such an intimate thing to lose.

Yes, this. I have these and they're debilitating. It's not just aesthetic and I'm actually getting surgery after this pregnancy. It's effectively made me bedridden. Only like 4% of pregnant women get them so not many people talk about these.

I absolutely hated both pregnancies… omg I really struggled and some days I had to go to the maternity ward for IV fluids and other big issues. The fact that other women cannot get pregnant doesn’t diminish the problems other women have during their pregnancies. I suffered a miscarriage and that made me realise that even though I’m fortunate about being able to get pregnant, women are still scared of talking about things cause they don’t want to hurt others.

Just think of yourself as “Sexy Eve,” bet she had pubic hair and was a good lookin gal who could catch Adam’s gaze any time she wanted. Seriously, expecting yourself to be hairless is v modern and IMO twisted and letting go can be liberating, in many ways. Please understand hair is not inherently dirty. I understand preferences... but this one is mostly steeped in sexist cultural norms, and when you’re so pregnant? 💗

Early into dating my current partner I complained about the razor bumps and itchiness and he said 'stop shaving it if you don't like it, i like it natural' and ever since I've just been trimming it with an electric razor. It still looks tidy but it's much more comfortable for me.

Yes! My husband told me guys don't care. Im glad someone said something. Obviously it's a personal preference but I think a lot of women do it because they feel obligated. Trim it and call it a day it's soooo not worth the hassle or discomfort.

Having just had my second baby, I totally get this. My approach was that intimacy was important for my marriage and relationship so if I wasn’t in the mood, I just focused on his pleasure (aka just give a blow or hand job 🤷🏻‍♀️). Sometimes just the act would get me in the mood, but sometimes it was just about doing something for my husband without expecting or wanting anything for myself.
