Ok i think this is my favourite house you've ever toured so far . It's so classic and very family friendly.. The floorplan is organised and straight forward and I think the staging was also helping the family friendly warm vibe . The colours used on cabinets and surfaces also match nicely nothing seems out of out of place everything compliments each other !!! The only thing (and totally not a deal breaker) Is the accent wall in the living room behind the fireplace . I would make it either white or the green like in the small room

I think he added the two tone color behind/around the fireplace to mesh with the two tone in the kitchen, just like the green that’s in the mud room area meshes with the green in the den area, so for this reason I actually like it because it flows. I love this house and floor plan too 🥰
I like this house! Good layout, love the kitchen, the outside/inside den area, all the bathrooms, and this might be the first house I’ve seen that has an area in the primary closet for long items. I’ve always wondered why builders don’t include at least one small section of the primary closet for long coats / dresses, or even suit trousers you might not want to fold to hang, and this house has it! Also love the festive staging! It feels like good value compared to some other houses you’ve toured, but obviously you know the area, and other houses on the market, would you say it’s reasonably priced? Yes I love how high up the clothing pole it’s so much room for longer items as such! Yes this house is reasonably priced considering the quality/grade of the home & how new this neighborhood is it really is in a stellar neighborhood/area. Thanks a million! I appreciate it! 🫶🏽
