I'm literally every night lying in bed hungry because of watching your videos before sleeping. It also makes me want to visit Ireland next year.
Ireland, they are from Poland. But I agree with the rest, they do make fantastic food, if I am not making a mistake they are actually cooks. You can check out their website, they also sell the knives. I think the channel even started as an advert for their knives.

Does anybody else think this guy's an elf. He's always hiding in the forest. Using wooden utensils. This person's really good with knives . It's not that I'm jealous but the food looks so good. It's almost like there's a magic spell on it.
It's so intriguing to see a cinematographer/sound engineer doubling as an expert cook, making exquisite food against incredible outdoor backdrops, with sharpened knives near a babbling brook.

Those utensils can be bought in any open market in some countries (eg. my country Romania) and are usually hand made by local artisans

The utensils looked like olive wood. If you can find a World Market they carry a variety of equipment made from it.
