Yeah that's it, and we have a good contrast of abilities too so you get to see how all abilities can tackle the same obstacle in real time. Obviously, it's not ideal to watch everyone on every trail, bit on the tricky stuff I'm happy to jump off and get the other lads on film. Thanks for the feedback Simon ,and thanks for watching 👊🏼

Always brilliant vids Lew, you mentioned view times don’t know how it works but like myself sometimes il watch the whole lot at once, but if I’ve not got a lot of time il watch maybe 20mins then later watch some more so maybe there’s a lot off people doing the same 🤷♂️
Yeah, quite possibly mate, but like I've said before, I'm not chasing numbers so it doesn't really phase me either way it was just an interesting start that caught my eye. I'd like to think the stuff I'm putting out would keep people interested longer than 6 minutes hahaha, tiktok has ruined folks attention spans 😆 Thanks mate 🙏

Your content, being UK based and riding a T7 is what gives me the biggest motivation to get off the road on my T7 this summer, loving the videos mate
Brilliant mate, what more can I ask for from doing these videos?! 🙏 it's awesome to hear that I'm actually inspiring people to get out there and get dirty, lads have actually gone out and bought this bike just from watching these! Crazy. Yeah, get the right protection on the bike and good pair of suitable tyres and you're good to go! Also, be sure on the routes you're taking too so you don't get stuck. Just get out there and enjoy it, it'll bring your T7 into a while new world of fun and Advenchaaaaa 😆

Within the space of 48 hours from watching Adam Reiman, the Australian guy, I'd chopped my Superduke R in for a T7, been so good to find your channel and see what's available to me in the UK. Will make the 4 hour ride north from Dorset one day over summer and see what these trails are all about 🙌🏼

Your enthusiasm for adventure is really nice to see. Have you seen the mount that A riemann has made for the t7 that moves the speedo to one side and has a phone / gps mount next to it. Looks tidy
Thanks very much Jonathan 🙏 it's what I live for, I think that comes across on the videos for sure 😆 yeah I've seen that which Adam made, I'll be making my own soon I think, I've seen a few people do this using plastic chopping boards 😆 sound rubbish but the end result looks quite good.

It was as good as it looked mate, there's loads more lanes than shown on film but all similar so left them out. Peak district is amazing for trails! And next to no gates... BONUS! Yeah, man, get the MT chopped in and get yourself a Swiss army T7 😉 these things can do it all.

I have same exhaust set up as you & just fitted camel adv high exhaust, have you noticed yours get louder ? Maybe it’s the the end can is closer to my ears 😂

Yeah, the bike certainly got louder, I also took the DB killer out though too 😬 I couldn't resit, it sounds so gooooood! 🤤 best looking exhaust setup for sure.

I’m from East Yorks, some ok lanes local but there flooded bad, don’t mind bashing out couple of hours to get to epic trails, Yorkshire Dales / moors and Peaks and all brilliant, bit brutal ride home sometimes this time of year 🥶
😂 the ride home is always the worst! The adrenaline is wearing off, you've already done about 200 miles that day, you're pissed wet through, feet are numb, arse is killing, it's 4 degrees outside, it's gone dark and the roads are full of silly b@stards 😂😂😂 you'll have to take a weekend out and get out down north wales mate, I'll happily show you around 👌🏻

And thats what it's all about, as long as you have a smile on your chops and get home safe at the end, that's a good day in anyone's book 👍🏻 the pace and confidence come from 17 years or racing/riding mx and enduro without going into too much detail buy it explains all the chaos in my riding 😆
Ayup Lew - the lane at 8mins 30 is called charity lane, if Nath 790 is the Adventure S model it has about 3 inch less sussers and ground clearance than the R version, see you are out with Kev on the T7, good lad he is - nice vid as always fella, nice to see you sharing the love with other big bike wan7ers 🤣

Brilliant vid! Highlight of my weekend to be honest. I'm stuck in bike purgatory at the moment, waiting to get my T7 W.R and sorting out my full license again after a 30yr hiatus. The content is thrilling to watch, the high speed stuff is mental looking, and the fog and potential for walkers etc is a real challenge but you handled it all like a boss. Congrats also on the 1K+ followers, its well deserved and no surprise at all, you come across as such a sound bloke and you're not just out there for yourself. I'd say the boys have some craic out there with you. That KTM looks lethal 😂 👍👏

@@lewsdirtbikedays I can't wait to get the W.R, It is literally in its crate at the Yamaha dealership, I can't pick it up until I finish my IBT and I will be stuck in Ireland for at least 6 months until I can pass my A license but that will give me plenty of time to get used to it. We also have almost no off road / green lanes over here so I will be hoping on a ⛴ as soon as I can 😁👍Keep those vids coming mate, I don't think you need to do anything differently so you can ignore the stats.

Yeah, thanks for the tip with rhe videos, I won't be changing anything up don't worry, I like the long videos myself and the stats don't really mean anything to me, I really enjoy making them. Is there anything else you would like to see in my videos going forward? Or not see?
@@lewsdirtbikedays Yeah, patience is not a strong point of mine, I've a ton of stuff ordered or ready to order, its proper torture for sure! In terms of content, I'd like to see the occasional tips n tricks videos, similar to the adv trailside repair tips. Videos talking through of all the mods you have done to the bike, exhaust, tail tidy as well as recommendations and key things to do on the bike.
I reckon you could put out a whole series of off road 'how to' vids, you have a ton of skills and knowledge that are begging to be shared. Also vids for anyone wanting to get into green lanes, TET etc.. Cheers!👍
World Raid is an awesome bike! Ive just put a pair of Pirelli scorpion XC’s on it and what a difference it makes. Unbelievably good for off road adventures! Love it!!!👍
Ah nice! Yeah a decent pair of offroad tyres on these things, really brings them to life... so goooood! Super aggressive looking tyre those xc's, are they D.O.T road legal yeah?
@@lewsdirtbikedays Unbelievably They are D.O.T legal 👍 proper aggressive for the mud! On road they’re a bit vague but perfectly rideable, lots of rear spin if you get a little over zealous with the throttle! 🤣👌

I might put out shorter videos of specific trails now and again but they will just be out of the main video anyway. I like the long format videos myself, and I know alot of you lads enjoy them too.. hell, I could put out 3 hour long videos and you's would lapp it up 🤣 I love it, I have a proper little fan base it's mental ha! So do you mean you'd like to see some of the road work linking the trails aswell then? I'm not all that when on the roads, it bores me to tears haha, you mean capturing the scenery and things?
As a 42yrold boy I'm impressed the way you wrestle you bike around and the speed. I thought you're older than 34 and put it down to experience and been in better shape than me. I've had my tender 6 weeks now done some green Laning (farm tracks) still got stock tyres I don't have the confidence to do em your speeds.

After watching that video I got a pair for my 890 Adventure R. They are a bit "skinnier" than I would have liked (120/100/18 as opposed to a 140/80/18 and an 80/100/21 as opposed to a 90/90/21) but on my first ride they were excellent. Nice front end grip, tracked really well in the slippery stuff and lots of bite on the rear when I really needed it. They don't look like they'll last too long on prolonged tarmac use but for just over £100 delivered, can't complain!

@strickie1971 I mirror everything @perkuleez3331 has said there to be honest. They tyres are fantastic for grip, the compound and carcass are soft and gummy, ideal for this type of terrain. Done about 600 miles on these now, and the rear is probably half way through, 280 of those miles is road and motorway, so in my opinion they're fairing extremely well! Lasting longer than a tracker, and with more grip to boot (I don't rate the trackers). Road behaviour is okay, bit I don't lean the bike over really or go at any considerable pace, they are very noisy however... and does tip into corners very quick, I'd be weary of how narrow the tyre is too in terms of sidewall height, there's not alot of side support with the knobbies 😳 but as I'm only interested in offroad performance, I'm well impressed!

@@JustChasingRainbowshave you watched many of my mate Adam's videos? @adswill he loves his tuareg, alot of people question his reliability, but from what I know he's not had any issues with his. I've not ridden it myself so can't comment but it's a beautiful machine... Don't think it's as top heavy as the T7 either, suspension is questionably better too...
@lewsdirtbikedays i havent but I will certainly check him out thanks. It's the parts and dealer network I don't like. I've had 2 Aprilia's in the past a caponord and a dorsoduro and struggled for parts for both. It might just boil down to the best deal on the day tbh.
