Hi guys,
So after looking at what Wilds of Eldraine had to offer, I saw this print of Alela and immediately fell in love. What better than a commander that uses instant speed casting to generate tokens, that in return goads enemy creatures. I feel this type of commander is brilliant and I love it!

Skullclamp was the one you were thinking of :)
I'm not sure if you know the card Voidmage Husher -- it's kind of a sweet card. narrow application but it's a unique effect to have a repeatable ability counter, and probably useful in EDH where there are lots of powerful activated abilities.
