This is such an important video. Nobody talks about how to approach people! But, what does a mentor really do? How involved is he/she in our lives? How do we not let mentorship became a dependability? Is it only careers that they mentor us on or just anything.

This video is something that I very much needed. I just recently realised the significance of mentors in our lives and i completely agree with you about having multiple mentors for different aspects of life. As you said, some of the best mentors for us could be ones who are in a similar state of life as we are in instead of the great achievers whom we may not be able to form that level of connect with. That is not something that people usually think about. A very valuable point.

Thanks for making this video Sir. The question I want to ask is -
Once we find out who we want to have as our mentor, and if he happens to be an unknown person you only know work-wise, while one surely knows that the other person is a treasure-trove for him, but what can be done to find out how good can the other person be when it comes to teaching/mentoring and in particularly mentoring as per the receptivity of the requester.

Your video talks about something I am struggling with for quite some time now. I am looking for a mentor, I know I am stuck and I don't know who I want and where should I find one. Though I have received a mentor and he is great but does one mentor suffice and how personally can they understand you what are you struggling with as there are always professional boundaries that we should maintain. One thing is knowing the problem, the other thing is finding a possible solution, and in between comes the most important part - how to approach the possible solution. I am still figuring. One statement struck prominently - Drop the EGO. I feel shy many times in approaching and in claiming my own hard work in a corporate setup. I am gonna remind myself of this - Drop the EGO.

Hi Mr. Warikoo, I really love watching your videos and always try to apply the same in my real life, it really helped me to change my attitude, I am becoming more adaptive in nature. You speak so well because you gained lots of knowledge after running successful businesses like Nearbuy but what you wish to say about those life coaches and mentors who just passed out their college and started preaching people?

You are knowingly let people notice your watch strap, how you rubbered it and next you want to preach the same about it in your upcoming video that how one shouldn't spend money on things one don't need. You're working quite hard to setup this example by showing this :)

Mai 1 MNC construction company mein site Execution Engineer hun, jaha mujhe 14 se 16 ghante khare rehke kam karna parta hai.. lekin mai life mein kuchh karna chahta hu, apne family ke sath time spend karna chahta hu, financial freedom achieve karna chahta hu. Aur mujhe lagta hai ki aap meri help kar sakte ho..

Is it always true that you have to get a mentor who is of same age or experience or is it situational and we can also go for a mentor who is lot more experienced but has the experience and gone through the path I want to go through.. For example in IT field someone who has worked at the top proud based companies and also is a great teacher?

Sir I have seen you following best practices in your routine like waking up early and having strict diet regime. Though they are hard to follow but you are doing it . Why?
    A. Do You want to execute at full potential of yours without leaving any checkpoint.?
    B. Other than your routine I feel you might be using best techinques and resources available in your daily life again to be as efficient and smooth as possible so to be at superlative degree of everthing .
