I did community service there back then (1992)When Rivera was the Mayor Very Nice Guy..we had lunch at his house..😂😂😂😂😂...thanks Mark..

Enjoyed seeing Dededo again from California. Moved from Guam in 1979. You should open a “Buy Me a Coffee” account and people could contribute $5 to help off set your gasoline to drive around to video the island. Just a thought
