No idea. He said “did you see the steam earlier” but obviously I had no clue. I checked RTT (Real time trains) and it’s not showing anything which is odd. But yeah the graffiti is ashame but I saw 375-920 with heavy graffiti but now she’s looking good as new which is nice.
@@thekentishtrainspotter3052 yeah - they usually do a good job of cleaning them up. I’m not sure what steam loco the driver was on about either - nothing was listed. Can you get to Ashford on that line? I have a theory if you can. (Even if it’s not the most direct route to Ashford)
@@thekentishtrainspotter3052 well… at Ashford they have a wheel lathe - Clan Line went down to get hers done a few weeks back, the steam train could have been going down for that 🙂 just a guess.

@@AnthonyFurnival yes you can. The branch to Ashford turns of at swanley down the Maidstone east line :)
