Really liked the graphics to animate your excellent content - I'm grabbing a notebook & watching again! (Not crazy about the position changes... a bit distracting)
Thank you, Alice. The position changes are to help keep people alert. They are meant to be noticeable - though not distracting. My apologies if there are too many in this video!
It's a conceptual model and many organizations try to embed aspects of it in parts of their organizations. Is it sustainable as a long-term model for a whole organization? I don't know - and I doubt we have the evidence to assess it. And a truly agile org would one day morph into something new, I guess! Does this make it b^ll? I don't think so. It's an idea: take it, leave it, or adapt it.
