This is actually my favourite video by them so far! As I'm in a similar situation, I have lived in the UK my entire life but come from an Arabic background ❤ I am in stitches from laughing so much, but at the same time I am proud of Sid, he is so much better than I expected.
Roaa Awadalla I understand it.. my husband is moroccan and our daughter was born here in Italy where we met. So I speak italian, my daughter is beginning now, but we both have to learn arabic too, and it is pretty hard.

Yes because Dina speaks in the Egyptian dialect which is very melodic and easy on the ears. Most other Arabic dialects don’t sound so beautiful (eg Iraqi dialect which I speak)

I am not gonna lie and say that I didn't think of this when I was watching. However, overall, I think Dina has a more proper accent.
Nah she clearly has a better accent, but Sid REALLY sounds Egyptian when he repeats after her like dayum he's good.

Most of the sounds between Pakistani/Indian languages and Arabic are the same. And he can read the Qur'an which means he already knew how to pronounce the language.

Actually he probably read the Quran in Arabic at some point in his young life so that helped, plus Pushto has similiar sounding words so he got the enunciation down easily.Especially the "kh"s and the "Wuh"s and"Ch"s...and maybe even the "Rr"s...

His language is Pashtu, which is Afghan language, not Indian.
The reason for what his pronunciation is good because as they said he is from Pakistan, so being a Muslim, we at least study how to read it and pronounce it and in writing, it's more like Arabic. And Pushto is also similar.

sheebalizninan Since I've been married to my husband I've noticed he always likes to'fix' somthing that doesnt need to be fixed when he finds me looking particularly beautiful that day. sometimes he'll even say you're looking way to beautiful to be at a party nobody will be looking at the other girls. or don't wear that you'll get jinxed (or 'nazura' in pashto) by someone, you look to good. what i mean to say is that i can understand why sid was fixing ger top so much even if it did or did not need to be fixed. he might just be finding her to look extra attractive whenever this was being filmed.

Pakistan is a mixture of south Asian and central Asian cultures.
