2:10 - mannnnnn just saved me my final stretch of stressful pondering. I have a whoooooole huuuuuge waterfall with giant boulders that we craned in and the one final leak point to seal up is being such a huge pain!!! Digging out my compression bulkhead and trying to tighten it up is most definitely not ideal. I prefer the spillway fittings, but I'm GOING to get this water vault to "overfill"!!!!!

righty loosey, lefty tighty because the internal threads are standard NPT threads on the compression bulkhead. This way you tighten the nut (not loosen it) as you turn the NPT threaded pipe fittings into the bulkhead fittings which are righty tighty lefty loosey

what kind of aerated bottom filter drain do I use for a concrete koii pond sealed in fiberglass? I do not want to use a rubber liner.

I Think the bulkhead is reverse thread so the male adaptor can be tighten when bulkhead is already in place.

The Hybrid Bulkhead Seal seems to be the way-to-go for the Pond walls. But I am unclear what goes on which side of the Liner. Considering the outside (not the water side / not in the Pond side) Bulkhead piece(s) must go OVER the block wall penetrating PVC pipe, and the Inner (water side / IN the Pond side) then screwed to that Outside piece. I really like your partial fill the water idea, to just below the through wall fittings. It is absolutely excellent. But, to me, it appears there is some assembly element(s) or info missing regarding creating this assembly, specifically, the adding the seal ONTO the Pipe. My under construction Pond has 8" block walls with 3/4", 2"', 3", and 4" PVC pipes going through its walls. It seems one of us has missed or misunderstood part of your instruction. HELP please
    And hurry, I'm 83+ now - - - ! ! !
