Guess what? I am so glad you made it. I remember your little short jackets, at some point, that matched the guys. But, no matter, you guys were always immaculate. I love hearing these stories.
How nice to see a lady who has achieved such fame so gracious, classy, and soft-spoken. What a contrast to the women who are considered stars today.
I love this interview! Claudette is such an intelligent, warm woman. I'm sad that she and Smokey didn't stay together, but that was his loss, and I think he knows that. Claudette wanted to be a teacher, I think, but she gave up her professional aspirations to support, and be part of, his. Wishing you a peaceful and fulfilled life, Claudette.
