I tore my hamstring really badly sprinting when I was in my early 30's after 15 years of trying to avoid using my glutes and isolating my hamstrings. They contracted so hard the left one tore itself. Use the glutes, they all work together, the more you practice the better you will get, and your just a baby in training age, trust an old man on this 😎
RDLs! Hell yeah Sam. Huge fan. I have the same problem. However glutes are a big part of my training. Sometimes I RDL and go straight into leg curls to failure. Then I can't walk lol. You're a huge motivation and cool guy. Take care homie!
