I can’t imagine a meal without carbs now that I’m vegan and fortunately have recovered from my ED. Having had an ED I understand what you went through. You have such an amazing personality and awesome sense of humor that really shines now. Also those cookies look amazing I love me a big soft cookie. Put peanut butter on your sweet potato :) that is how I eat mine. I will also eat sweet potato burrito bowl style with ground beef, corn, black beans, cheese, avocado, and sour cream.
