In some Countries , If your Undocumented, You cant rent, you can't open a Bank account, you can't open a shop, you can't hire Undocumented people otherwise you get fine as Employer, you can't do a lots of things, You live in the shadows as Undocumented Immigrant . She ended up shutting it down coz police kept on asking her for bribery for not paying Tax every now and then,but with foreigner'spaza's they don't require tax because they are undocumented,hence their spazas thrive! Why dont operation Dudula seek justice for Senzo Meyiwa first,if they are true Patriots aggrieved by crime and illegal things as they claim. Secondly, shops and informal vendors are poor and employ fewer people, there are real companies in SA, that's where they need to go and ask why there are no black ppl employed? Illegal or legal black migrants are ppl suffering the same like other local blacks.
When the crime statistics talk about crimes in South Africa. They don't say "South Africa and Other poor black Africans". They just say South Africa is No1 amongst the whole world. So it is up to South Africa to get that number down by first removing those poor people who are desperate and prone to find themselves involved in desperate majors.
Let them go and work in their countries by assisting their government with poverty since their clever, educated, skilled and hardworking. All this is needed back in their countries. They'll be no need to seek employment in other countries

Those vendors buy their stock from South African businesses which will otherwise have no customers and thus costing local jobs.I have also seen plenty self-employed artisans like mechanics,panel beaters etc working with local unemployed youths teaching them the skills and isn't that a good thing? People in South Africa are venting their frustrations on wrong targets. I made a comment in another post that, people like Operation Dudula, or Herman Mashaba(our shona brother) must list top 100 JSE Companies and approach them to ask why blacks are not being employed. That's a better and sensible approach than harassing a street vendor, or gardner or waiter those are not even jobs to talk about.

Immigration laws are part of the laws and in the murder of Senzo the law was violated. My logic is; which one of the two laws so to say is more serious as to warrant much anger.
