- In this video I test if the bronco hard top will leak in a carwash. Many people have been worried about the 2021 Ford Bronco hard top and any issues that may arise.
Well, I took it to the carwash to test out if the bronco hard top would actually leak or not with all the pressure.
I can honestly say that the Bronco hard top ____________ leak during this test.

My 2022, 2d hard top, base model, 2.7, sasquatch, is leaking. Just got it 3 weeks ago. Never took the tops off. Had steady rain last night, not much for wind. Got in this morning and from over the Aux panel (not a good place for a leak) a few ounces of water poured over my computer. Everything is fine but I'm not stoked about it. Lots of things seem kind of janky as far as fit and finish on this rig. It's not near as well made as my 2021 Tacoma on the interior. But I love driving it. Rips and snorts like a sports car. Very fun on road. Can't wait to take it off. But the hard top is leaking.... sad face goes here. And yes. I'll talk to my dealer.
ah, that's no fun. Yea, your dealer will probably replace a seal and you'll be good to go!
Good to know, but I would NEVER take my car through one of those chemical baths. Appreciate the sacrifice.
Well it's gotta be better than the layer of road salt that was covering it!

I didn't get the sound deadening material... Let's just say someone forgot to check a box......
That may be a blessing in disguise. I've seen a couple videos where the presenter ran their hand across the roof deadening material, and it looked like it was snowing in the truck. I was under the impression that Ford was including the material on all its MIC tops. Guess I was wrong. Good luck with your Bronco!

Do those front tow hooks come stock?
Nope. I just got plain old 3/4 shackles and got a can of paint color matched to the badlands logo.
Did you take the antenna off or left it on while going through car wash
Left it on. No issues.
Curious where you got those painted front tow hooks? Did need a separate bracket or just the existing mod bumper?
I went with rugged ridge black 3/4 shackles, then painted the hoop orange with paint I had color matched to the badlands logo. There's a link in the description to the shackles. Goes right on the MOD bumper.
