Back in the day, at the International Hilton, Elvis Presley was the only entertainer they would fire up the searchlights for, they ran every night he was there and performing.
OMG SO MUCH RESPECT. He is AMAZING!!! I think if his wardrobe hadn’t been so well too much even more would have appreciated his amazing talent. Surrounded by bottom feeders at the end of his life.
To clarify, Elvis wasn't on coke, whether the pills were affecting him or not is a different story, but Elvis was also an entertainer who loved to make people laugh and could have been hyped up at the time, the world may never know. edit: I do not think Elvis was a golden boy, yes, he was addicted to drugs, but its documented that they were all prescription. He thought it was okay due to that, but it wasn't. Elvis was strongly against illegal drugs. But that doesn't mean he wasn't "doing drugs" per say, it was just all prescription.
@@marktwane6195 Elvis never believed in that, he was a pill head, and he thought it was okay because it was prescribed. Many documentaries on him talk about that, as well as the Memphis mafia themselves.
What a one of a kind entertainer and performer. He gave it his all. Incredible strength to sing that song, move to the bass & drums as he did and do those deep crouches and lunges on both sides. His sense of humor is delightful too. His martial arts training shows in his careful movement with the crouches and lunges. But no wonder he needed pain meds - routines like that had to have created incredible strain on his knees and back over time.

I'm caught in a track..
I can't get out..
Because I forgot my next lines baby!!
Sho Nuff 🇨🇦🤣🤣👍🏻 too funny!!
Love, love, love Elvis. No one has every topped him or his performances or his dancing or his sexy good looks.
Prince!
My grandpa said he knew he was on coke the second he did a karate pose
Well, they do sound as if they knew what it looked like...
Elvis was a Karate black belt.
Black belt in doing toot
But Elvis didn’t do coke, he took a lot of prescriptions drugs like uppers and downers but didn’t do any street drugs like coke.
Cocaine wasn't an illegal street drug at the time though so that argument is pretty weak.
He has always put his all in his performances. He wanted to give his fans their money's worth. ❤ ❤
At one point, it sounded like he said "I'm caught in a crap" 😂😯
Carrie Haines eventually.
@d d the hell? I was just making an observation. I love me some Elvis! Calm down
🤣
If that wasn't an accidental irony on your part, well played, well played....
Heroes get remembered.... but legends never die! Elvis still lives!
Wish i could go back in time to see this concert.
He had a fabulous band too!!! They were all good!!! Fit for the King of music!!!
Absolutely beyond comparison. The right man at the right time.
Elvis at the barber shop.
Barber: How would you like your hair done this time, Mr.Presely?
Elvis : YES 😎
That was the longest breakdown since the "nanananas" of Hey Jude !
Elvis pioneered “peacocking” with that outfit.
this perfomance is legendary..... Elvis and Ronny Tutt.... other Scene he scare his Background Singers.... the performance on the floor... this is Show and the Star lifes his Job and the Music....
He could always try loving her a little less and see if that enhanced his ability to walk out of the trap.
He was so kind.
THIS WAS A HELL OFAN PERFORMANCE ! What a ass kicking show, he was doing this at another performance & he was so damn funny as he was coming up from a squat, he stops & says "oh sh** i split my pants it was a classic" then goes & apologizes for cursing. An absolute great personality & honest man, he could truly laugh at himself & thats a great gift when u r a KING.
I love how he breaks out into some wild burst of energetic gyrating, and then laughs at himself after. Lol. Just busts a big ass move, and then shrugs his shoulders and chuckles lol.
Must be the easiest song to memorize.
Sheesh.
This was only a small clip.
Wrong. Tequila is the easiest
You’ve never listened to Hound Dog lol
Never been much of an Elvis fan but can't deny this guy's showmanship. He as an animal. No wonder he scared the lady LOL.
Where? At what time?

Dario Impini K thanks
Elvis world class performance, Elvis is the Best
AlwaysBored 22 No he was higher than a kite.
I think he's definitely on something
If the world may never know, then how can you say he wasn't on coke for sure?? 🤔
@@marktwane6195 Elvis never believed in that, he was a pill head, and he thought it was okay because it was prescribed. Many documentaries on him talk about that, as well as the Memphis mafia themselves.
He was high as shit. Don't even try it. He was "caught in a...." coke high.
