    It has SO much sense, that's exactly the effect that I observed during crisis times.
    Calm music was the worst!
    So now when I feel angry I just follow my feelings and listen to metal, then slowly change to rock, melodic rock, jazz fusion, blues, then ol' sweet blues, then drones....ambient drones.
    When depressed, start with drones, to the others mentioned till I feel energized and inspired again.
