You can sit a lamp over a dish of Dawn dish liquid and water and get the same results for cheaper.

    Wow!
    Have you:
    1. Washed all your bedding and clothing?
    2. Have you considered putting Sevin dust in the wooded area near your camp?
    3. Have you considered treating your pet every 10 days?
    4. Have you considered getting rid of your green carpet?
Just asking because I don’t want you or your pet getting sick. These are just things to consider. I live in the south and ticks can make you both very sick. They maybe coming from your new camp area and the animals in that area. We enjoy your videos.

Hi Dave, I have had flea problems in the past and solved it in a very safe manner. You sprinkle regular table salt on the carpet. Let it sit for 6 to 8 hours & then vacuum it up.
It kills both the fleas & their eggs.
    No chemicals.

I would be on the hunt in the RV too, they travel so easily and are not noticeable until there are a whole lot of them. We had a bay window and our sofa was in front of it so there was a good space behind it, I happened to look behind it one day before I pulled it out to vacuum behind and under it……it looked like there was pepper all over the wall and floor. Ew ew ew, gives me shivers just to remember. I tried everything before finally giving in to the vet flea spray , shampoo and we had to stay in a hotel for a few days because we had little kids and I didn’t want that spray all over their clothes, furniture, rug and everywhere else in the house.
I hope you get them all and they don’t spread to the RV or car. 🤞Take care, be safe and well. 🥰🙋🏼‍♀️

In the pupal stage, the flea larvae spin a silky cocoon from a gossamer, which is the same substance that spiders produce to weave their webs.

Out of all the sprays I tried when fighting fleas "Ortho Home Defense" is the only one that worked for me.

Don’t forget to spray or treat the fleas again in 10 to fifteen days, something like that, to get the fleas from the hatching eggs they leave. Is Bella on flea medication? Works to prevent and kill ticks also. Put my furball on them for 3 months so really took care of the problem. Just some thoughts. They can be a mess to get rid of for sure.

so very many years ago, before there was flea stuff for the dog and bug bombs I used soapy water in a bowl and a light about the soapy water. Every morning my bowl was full of fleas. I'm finding I have the problem in my car. I try you advise regarding that flea trap. Remember eggs hatch every 7 days.

Hey Dave.. Good work on de-fleaing the van. But, I got a feeling you're going to pick them up again at the camp. Raking up all those dead leaves and debris, woke up those sleeping fleas. You might want to get some Truazicide at Home Depot and rig up a way to spray the area around your camping spot. It's what I use to kill bugs, fleas and flies at home. Good luck

Hey, Dave we got warnings about bad tick and flea season. I would stay out of that place Lyme disease is nothing to play with. You might be betterto call in a pro pest control. Bug bombs OTC aren't that effective against fleas due to the eggs plus you probably brought them in your other RV so you're probably going to have to do both of them now in any words you go probably in the garage or probably have to spray and around the grounds you're going to want to spray and Bella's going to need like revolution flea stuff for the back of her neck that works about the best so it's going to cost you some money dude if that's how you get rid of them it's probably going to take 3 weeks
