    Love this.... Great instrumentation.
Very close to 8 (to me).
    FRIDA❤ SINGS THIS ONE!
As I understand it, this song is about a woman explaining to her man to love her, without rushing, slowly. Take your time... Many times men move very quickly (in intimacy... especially when they are young). Loving a woman takes time...
Take care, Mark & John ✌️
    Love ❤️ from Chile 🇨🇱🤗👍

hello dear friends, happy to see you at our ABBA Journey
    "Andante Andante" (1980)
It is one of the songs from the album "Super Trouper",
never performed by ABBA, nor was it made an official video (it remained as a track from the álbum)
It is one of the ABBA songs that has a title in another language
    Italian, like Mamma Mia
    others are Voulez Vous (French)
Santa Rosa, Fernando and Chiquitita (Spanish)
It is a beautiful song of love, romance and eroticism,
like no other has ABBA (which is actually more remembered for its songs of breakup and melancholy)
Frida's sweet voice is ideal for this soft melody, the chorus is powerful, and it ends with a great solo by Frida
    Andante Andante
is one of the songs that ABBA recorded in Spanish in this album, together with
"Happy New Year" (it comes soon)
Many years later, in 2016, Frida recorded it in Spanish as a soloist, at her 70 years,
    accompanied by Arturo Sandoval.
(oddly enough, before the ABBA reunion)
I wish you a great weekend
    my best regards from
    Buenos Aires, Argentina
    South America

Andante is a musical notation marking to take it moderately slow in the song/score. It's being used in the song as a metaphor for a relationship where the person is asking her partner to take things slow in their blossoming romance.

Yes indeed it is a song about a woman asking her partner to take it easy and slow with the relationship. Here is one verse.
I'm your music I'm your song.
Play me time and time again
      Make me strong. Make me
      Sing. Make me sound adante
      Adante tread lightly on my
      On my ground. Adante
      Adante please don't let me
      Me down
Beautiful lyrics and melody by Bjorn and Benny as usual and Frida has that sultry smokey voice that's so Beautiful. This and gonna si g you my love song are 2 of my favorites of hers. It might be a little hard to understand with her Swedish accent. Take care

One of Frida's best vocals, a beautiful song and in my opinion "Very Underrated", the last note Frida holds at the end is just spine tingling, it always gives me the shivers (in a good way).A very sensual song about love making, It's a firm favourite with us older original fans from the 70's❤
The next track is "Me and I" another lead vocal from Frida and it's another gem💎
    Thanks guys👍
    Viva La Frida 🥰🥰

Take it easy with me, please
Touch me gently like a summer evening breeze
Take your time, make it slow
    Andante, Andante
    Just let the feeling grow
Make your fingers soft and light
Let your body be the velvet of the night
Touch my soul, you know how
    Andante, Andante
    Go slowly with me now
I'm your music (I am your music and I am your song)
I'm your song (I'm your music and I am your song)
Play me time and time again and make me strong
(Play me again 'cause you're making me strong)
Make me sing, make me sound
(You make me sing and you make me)
    Andante, Andante
    Tread lightly on my ground
    Andante, Andante
Oh please, don't let me down
There's a shimmer in your eyes
Like the feelin' of a thousand butterflies
Please don't talk, go on, play
    Andante, Andante
    And let me float away
I'm your music (I am your music and I am your song)
I'm your song (I'm your music and I am your song)
Play me time and time again and make me strong
(Play me again 'cause you're making me strong)
Make me sing, make me sound
(You make me sing and you make me)
    Andante, Andante
    Tread lightly on my ground
    Andante, Andante
Oh please, don't let me down
Make me sing, make me sound
(You make me sing and you make me)
    Andante, Andante
    Tread lightly on my ground
    Andante, Andante
Oh please, don't let me down
    Andante, Andante
Oh please, don't let me down

My friends, Andante is both Spanish and Italian, but you should take it as Italian here because that's the language of music. Andante is one of those words that composers put above the musical staff to indicate how that piece should be interpreted. It expresses both speed and the feeling you should have when playing that song. Andante means slow and loose, relaxed. From the verb andare (andar in Spanish) = to go. It's the present participle. It's like saying easy going, take it easy or let it go. Please read the lyrics of this song. You will understand that the meaning of it all is very simple: Andante Andante is the right rhythm (and attitude) to make love (also to make sex, maybe).
And by the way Frida is leading voice here, not Agnetha.

I suggest check Spanish version, it's even better. Actually most their Spanish versions are better partly recorded with slightly different arragement eg synth (in chorus) or keyboards sounds even clear. First time heard this Spanish was like hearing the song for the first time.

Frida sings this. I'm surprised that you can't recognize that after your long ABBA journey. 🥲 The bonus tracks on Super Trouper are 'Elaine' and 'Put On Your White Sombrero'.
