Hi Gaurav,, I worked as a network administrator from 2011 to 2013 (i.e 2 years exp) then joined new organization as a designation DCG agent (2013-2015 i.e 2yrs experience)and later designation changed to desk side support representative (2015-2019 i.e 4 years experience) . will I be eligible for ICT Support Engineer\ any other points. Moreover, Since 2019 I am working as a Designation QA professional (software tester) i,e 3 years of experience. Total experience= 11 years.

1. For developer programmer you attached template for roles and responsibilities letter, did u get positive assessment from ACS using this template.
2. Description of Duties Performed - Required to determine the relevance of the experience to the
nominated occupation and should be unique for each employment episode this is mentioned in ACS website that duties should be unique for each employment episode, how is it ? possible because software developer do more and less same work as u mentioned in template for each employee episode.
3. If someone had different name in official documents and experience letter, what he can do?

Hi Gaurav, my initial role was QA (8 yrs) and my current role is BA (1 yr) in a banking organization. However, I moved to a travel-based organization a year back on a BA role(1 yr). 2 years back, I got my skill assessment done for Software Tester 261314 which is about to expire on April 20, 2023. Now at present, I have a total of 10 years of exp. So in order to reapply for assessment I need to get roles and responsibilities from my previous organization(banking) for both QA and BA roles or just last rnr will work?
If your previous documents are in the right format, then no need... But check on the ACS website if there is any change in format for the R&R doc, then you might have to.

ACS looks for designation during assessment or roles and responsibilities..? Example in case of IBM or TCS designation is Package Solution Consultant (IBM) and Associate Consultant (TCS). Can i apply for Software Engineer Catagory for skill assessment with same roles and responsibilities for both..?
They access based on Roles and Responsibilities not designation...
Currently i am working in my 4th organization having over all 10+ years of experience in IT. But problem is that i have worked in many projects in my previous 3 companies & i am not sure my managers are also still working in those organisations or not.
So in this case how can i get my roles & responsibilities mentioned documents from previous organisations
You will need R&R document for sure! I would recommend to check with any manager or a Team lead who has worked with you in those organizations to sign that for you! else its difficult to get positive outcome.

Regarding the transcript you submitted for degree - did you request specifically that from university or is it already available?
We got the transcript after course completion along with the degree certificate....hence it wasn't required to get it separately!

I only did Passport initially and got a revert to attach additional ID so would recommend to attach 1 additional ID along with Passport...
Yes, all documents should be either in english or translated.
Would say, you should attach as many payslips as you can!

Hi Gaurav, I am in India n I worked abroad in 2009. As a payment evidence, I have only one type of payment evidence that is payslips. I don't have any bank statement of that time. So what should be the second type of payment evidence I can provide?
You need minimum 2 payment evidence(either payslip, tax document, bank statement, PF(super), or insurance reciept) to get you experience evaluated...

It's considered only 4 years of work experience valid.

Hi Gaurav , I began my career serving for a Start up for about 1.5 years and even though i have collected my service letter from them, employees didnt have any superannuation allocations from the company but only a profit share being that was a fresh start up. Could you please advise as to how should I handle the payment proofs part ? I only have pay slips in terms of payment proof from the aforesaid company .

Skill assessment is fine but sometime while accessing you EOI they might ask you for the latest experience and then it might be a trouble!

Yes, you just need to submit documents for the period your assessment is not accessed... Condition only satisfies if you are doing it from the same account it was submitted earlier

I have a total of 5 years experience in India as web developer but during the covid pendamic period i changed my organisation where they paid in form of cash only for 2 years after that they start in bank account so what can I do to legitimate those 2 years because I have heard only bank credited salary is legit proof.

You for sure need to upload your most recent experience, rest up to you... While considering your file for PR, they check for career gaps as well. So, keep that in mind!

I have a experience reference letter with me from that company but don't have any payslips and bank statement. So Will ACS accept that experience. Further on my bank statement there is no salary or employer name mentioned for some of the monthly salary. So what will be the best possible solution for this as well??

You will have to submit mandatory documents requested by ACS, else your experience won't be evaluated!

It depends on where your manager is... affidavit should be on you managers name, as he is the one who is going to sign it...

Manager signature and attestation is only required when your company doesn't share R&R letter straight away... Else it isn't required
What about freelance? I am in some kind of salary-based freelance works

Last round was on 95! so chances are tough unless you are onshore and have an offer letter in hand.

I have worked in 3 organizations as full stack developer one is Accenture, Act and Dr.Reddys labs
So for Act i was able to get roles and responsibilities letter but Dr.reddys are refusing to provide roles and responsibilities letter and they cant even give an affidavit signed what can i do in this scenario. I have all other documents like payslips form16 and relieving letters is there any other alternative if the organization is refusing to provide such letters.
After getting the affidavit signed by the manager is it mandatory to get any employment proof of the manager.

You don't need to request your organization to get affidavit signed doc, anyone working there you have good relation with, either your lead or manager to just sign it for you...

Yes, you can use almost same roles and responsibilities, just make minor changes to them so they don't look similar. For example, for one of company make the for junior to mid level developer and for 2nd organization make them for senior developer...
