Disney Magic Cruise Embarkation Day With Kids | Halloween On The High Seas, Oceaneer's Kids Club

- In today's vlog we head to the Port of Miami to board the Disney Magic on our first Disney Cruise! Join us on our embarkation day!
We have an 1115 AM port arrival time and we are in boarding group 11. We stayed the night before the cruise at the E.B. hotel Miami which is a Disney affiliated hotel and we were able to use Disney transportation to get to the port.
Once on board the ship we grabbed drinks at Soul Cat Lounge, toured the Oceaneer's Kids Club and met a handful of characters.

Got any tips on how to get a great spot for the shows
For the Sail-A-Wave party, you need to be ready to go straight there after the muster drill to grab seats and I highly recommend just taking the stairs to get there. The elevators seem to get backed up. As for the theater shows, they have stadium seating so there is hardly a bad seat in the theater, but just get there early enough to grab snack and drinks before going in or grab seats first and have one person from your party get in line for popcorn and drinks, etc.

Oh the nostalgia this bring backs wonderful memories of when i use to go on The Disney Magic Cruise Ship as a kid so as an adult I always like to imagine The Disney Magic Cruise Ship is the ultimate battleship fighting giant sea monsters and the strongest monster Godzilla as well:).

@@joshandjillonthehillPerhaps. I have heard that the layout of the Wish leaves much to be desired and sometimes bigger isn't always better. Ultimately cost and port are big driving factors for us so those is probably a bigger considerations than a particular ship. We are happy with any of them!
