Thanks for giving us this update. These are good changes to be aware of, not just for electricians, but the other trades as well so they can make better plans.
Thanks! The kitchen looks a lot like the cabinets and sink, dishwasher, floor (not range) that we put in a couple years ago, except different hardware and we had more color, including granite island and sand color quartz countertops. I see the outlet on the right looks too far . First one should be within 24". Some good points to remind people as well: requirements for damp location lighting above and near showers --WET location if ceiling is low. Thanks for the heads up on the fans. I hope non-wired intakes are OK. So much for making toast in the bathtub!
Love the information. Keep it coming
I appreciate you watching.

I appreciate your feedback. That kitchen island was not rough-in per the 2023 NEC. I was using it as a prop.
Can you install the LED canless lights above your tub or shower that’s rated for wet areas
Yes
@@PPG1967 thanks
That’s beautiful scenery behind you in the beginning clip.
I'm at home on my deck... Thanks for watching!!
Toilets with heated seats or auto flush where would you put the outlet
I guess you can't install the toilet next to the bathtub or shower.
@@PPG1967 I guess it depends on the state you are in florida that doesn't apply
Outlet on the other side, possibly even through a lavatory cabinet to serve a bidet or other toilet electrics.
Well, if Florida has or will adopt the 2023 NEC, it will apply.
A fan with no metal parts sounds impossible. The motor that spins the fan must have metal in it.
I agree…however that’s what code says.
