材料: 虾,粘米粉3汤匙,自发面粉6汤匙,
木薯粉1汤匙,胡椒粉半茶匙,盐半茶匙,糖半茶匙
将粘米粉,自发面粉,木薯粉,胡椒粉,盐和糖混合均匀。将水慢慢的倒进去搅拌均匀,调成面糊。油热之后,在模具上倒上面糊,摆上虾,下锅炸至金黄即可。
Ingredients: Shrimp, 3 tablespoons of rice flour, 6 tablespoons of self-rising flour, 1 tablespoon of tapioca powder, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
Mix rice flour, self-rising flour, tapioca flour, pepper, salt and sugar. Pour in the water slowly and stir evenly to make a batter. After the oil is hot, pour the batter on the mold, put the shrimp on it, and fry it until golden brown.
