Funny thing, since I was introduce to you I do one day of only stretching for 1.5hrs with all the exercises that I have seen you do and my body has regained so much mobility and I’m able to play the game at high level again. Thanks Ben your knowledge has spread world wide and you are changing lives

Glad the couch stretch can work well! If it hurts, try using one of the regressions shown in the video🫡

Unbelievable how you continue with your work through the years. Have you seen any road cyclists implementing your program and benefitting from it?

Thank you so much! Yes cycling has done well with ATG due to the leg power and the flexibility to balance out the cycling motion (since it’s in a specific range but misses other hip areas for general health).

@ oh yeah, I can tell a lot about bad influence of cycling… especially those muscles that are only engaged during sustained max efforts (like in races). Thanks a lot, I’ll definitely implement your advices. Hope I’ll be motivated enough to enroll, who knows…

Love this! I can bend my knees fully, squat ass to grass, split squat etc. But when I come out of it I have a lot of pain behind my knees and into my calves. Even if I only squat for a few seconds. It's so depressing as I never had this issue before. Any advice? Thanks so much!

Oh shoot! Mastering strength behind the knee will be equally important! KOT/FHL Calf Raise as well as nordics/hamstring curls would he helpful here!

I have a question. The couch stretch, is there a reason your knee is elevated against the wall or is the padding for comfort?
