The boss lady is so impressive; turns out she's from the '80s generation. Her boyfriend, who helps in the kitchen, is also adorable. He speaks highly of her and their relationship seems comfortable and loving.
The food is all top-notch. The boss lady has exclusive recipes and techniques passed down from her father, so the quality of the food is excellent. Each dish is both affordable and well-made, meeting high culinary standards.
What's important is that the boss lady is hands-on throughout. Even when busy, she finds time to assist with filming. That's what makes a charming and respectable establishment. If a place doesn't even respect those who come to help promote it, I doubt the food can be that good. You can't make the right decisions if you can't prioritize properly, right?
Oh, and let me share some memorable highlights. The fish is incredibly fresh, and the skin is flavorful with just the right amount of meat. The oyster and braised pork rice dish is exceptional, especially the plumpness of the oysters... you have to see it for yourself in the video. Anyway, everything is delicious; if you visit, make sure to try what I ordered. Bye!

I am so jealous, every dish is so affordable and looks so good, you can eat very well for very little money, just the rice plate and the noodle would fill you up for the whole day, and it costs less than a McDonald's hamburger where I live right now. That fish would probably cost me over $19 and it won't even be good. I would be there every day if I live there.

在台南的魚皮好像都是整片的~其他地方好像都會切成段
煎魚腸會更好吃~尤其是肝臟的部分....流口水了
