Lady with the '52 Chevy...I bought that same car when I was 16 (1962) with my paper route money for $10.00 super clean drove it home and I kept it all through my high school years until the engine threw a rod and I just junked the car which turned out well because then I got a 52 Cadillac Coup Deville. Have fun

The "exploding Pinto" was actually a myth started in 1976 by "Mother Jones Magazine" they wrote a story claiming 800 to 900 people died in Pinto fires every year. Not based on any facts. Then 60 Minutes changed the number to thousands of people. In an effort to get the sensational story, they destroyed 9 Pintos trying to get them to explode. They finally resorted to using the 1968 Impala test and used an external electronic ignition device. This is why the test video is only displayed in extreme slow motion, to make it look more dramatic and hide the fact that they sped up the car. The Pinto was killed to sell more gas. Most cars of that era weighed over 4000lbs and got 8-10mpg. the Pinto easily managed 30mpg.
At 37:25 or so you show a red Ford pickup truck. It's fine and all but it is a 1925 Ford Model TT.. For Ford Models T then A, if they are trucks they are T.T. and A.T. It's not a big thing and I like your whole video. I appreciate that you featured vehicles from all eras and decades that were there and not overly lean on any brand or type.

Great video Matt. Loved all the rides. 1956 F100 @ (24:21) really caught my eye.
The rear bumper and spare tire on the back of the 1955 Ford Crown Victoria is called a Continental Kit.

You said dont reaend this car the pinto is the car they said that you could not reaend but that was a lie ralf nater lie about the pinto they only why it would blow up if you hit the car at 70 mpr wit the gas tank full and the gas cap off and the gas door open one out of 15 cars cot on fire with the cap off gas door open and the tank full that could and did happen to any car ralf had it in for ford at the time.
