@Goncalo Fonseca Using the Jump button, obviously. The cool factor is using the leap animation of the Combat Art itself as an alternative to what majority of players would normally use to evade a sweep attack's hitbox: a regular jump.
There's one boss in the game that is so simple that even normal plebs like us can do a clean no hit fight, and yet he still found a way how to flex on us.
I always love seeing people be confused about Gracious Gift of Tears because I know the answer is incredibly simple. It's literally just that you can only get the Tears by using the Mortal Blade on the Dragon, which is why the Blade is also called The Gracious Gift of Tears.
@@darknessdevours5827 People also don't seem to get the symbolism of it. The dragon is crying not just because you shoved a sword in its socket, but because you rejected its gift of immortality and in return receiving the true gift: the tears which can sever immortality.
I always feel so bad for fighting the dragon. His mangled body, slicing into his eye, and yet still with how gracious this creature is, I do not want to fight him. Makes me glad we can return him to his rightful place in one of the endings.
You’re helping him. He’s confused, angry, wounded, off-balance. Sekiro at this point in the story found his own new balance, beyond simple loyalty, and he’s setting the world back in motion, allowing for death to come back and renew all that was lost to the rotting immortality, including the immortal dragon.
I always had great difficulty killing this boss, I feel very sorry for him, for all four passes of the game I pressed the finishing button every time with tears, I'm not the only one?
Evasions performed using the leap animations from the Combat Arts and the side-step from Sabimaru. Goddamn, that is artistic and Chad AF! What a way to put on a show.
And this is why i've loved Sekiro more than Souls games. Fights here can look like pure martial art while in Souls fights are just roll and attack until the end
As a long-time SoulsBorne fan, I have so much appreciation for the creative choices From Software specifically tailored into Sekiro. I'm really glad it's a new IP without being held back with so much of the Souls mechanic expectations aside from being challenging in its own right.
Bro you are amazing. Very stylish. I hope Miyazaki is watching. You’re the best player of Sekiro. You should show us your face sometime. Your gameplay is very perfect and beautiful. You should make vids too, to teach people how to be stylish. I’m not that bad in the game, but every time I watch ur gameplay, i just realize I still have a lot to learn to be stylish
Happy to see u again after your last video who trouble me a little. Perfect and stunning fight using arts combats to dodge
3 года назад+1
Your videos are amazing bro, before I started to watch this fight I was like: "How the hell are he planning to flex on this dull battle against the dragon?". Well, you did it
Ongbal, i got some serious personal question for you, i am asking this because i want to learn the art of Sekiro: 1. What kind of practice that you do to master deflection, mikiri counter, sweep attack dodge, and all dodge with such precision? 2. how did you memorize each pattern of the attack, even tho the enemy might randomized particular sequence of attack. 3. How did you time the deflect perfectly and consistently? 4. How did you get such fast instict to react to a certain split second attack? I know some of you might answer git gud, but being better at the games requires not just practice but also the knowledge to know and make sure we do the trifles right, perfection is small things done right, if we improve by practice over and over again but we miss the small details that make big difference, all the git gud mindset wont apply
Can't believe it The Dragon battle could be so beautiful. I mean come on man, this dude is way too easy yet you make it so beautiful. This is what FromSoft expect from the beginning. Don't mention Mist Noble tho :)
I've played through the games about five times so I feel fairly familiar with the controls and concepts, and I have no idea what just happened, it looked so good it looked impossible
It's not just in Nioh 2. It's the design of the sword called Shichishito (Seven-Branch Sword) which has been used in other media before, even appearing in games such as Tenchu 1 and 3 and also Okami. In Sekiro, it's the closest that we get to a Moonlight Greatdword with its texture and lighting.
I have it on PS4 too. But since I got used to the 60 FPS immediately available on the PC version, looking back at the 30 FPS one makes me hiss out a 'yikes' for the console version.
Holy smokes. Beating divine dragon with only one actual dodge press. (all other were sabimaru or nightjar dodges, except a sigle one). Unorthodox muscle contraction but I approve none the less
Ongbal before this: I take no damage bro
Ongbal today: I make anime choreography epic fighting scenes bro
Using Combat arts to dodge a sweep is the most alpha thing imaginable.
@Goncalo Fonseca
Using the Jump button, obviously.

This is the physical definition of perfection.
this is no more a game...we are already beyond that point...this...this is art
Who says a video game can't be art?
Games have been art for a very very very long time. This is just visuals.
2:14 .......He's beginning to believe............
There's one boss in the game that is so simple that even normal plebs like us can do a clean no hit fight, and yet he still found a way how to flex on us.
more than one actually 😂😂
2:47 lightning was on point with the music! I LOVE IT!!
gotta love how they made the timing of the battle fit with that moment
I recently read The five rings... This man did as well and is applying it... By the actual sword saint
Ongbal's just weird flexing on us at this point. XD
I still personally believe this is one of your absolute best videos.
Epic anime fight scene
Great boss
Great ost
Great flex
Great youtuber
Underrated channel. You certainly deserve more with your level of talent and dedication.
2:30 sick play bruhhh
Fromsoftware have made a massive mistake by not hiring you for reveal trailers.
FS cannot hire him for trailers, otherwise the resurrection and dragonrot mechanics cannot be shown before game retail lol

I always found it weird how it said "Gracious gift of tears" that wasn't a gift at all breh, lol. Ongbal at it again w the phatty boss vids, STYLIN.

@@littlemoth4956 I mean many people actually think Sekiro killed the dragon 😂
Watching you literally dance through his combos like they’re nothing is just so satisfying to watch
this was so therapeutic to watch, ngl 😌
I cannot even fathom the level of greatness and skill required to do this, I'm freaking stuck at Gyobu x)
Best gimmick boss fight ever

Good job my friend, keep the good work. I am stuck at the new mod, LMTSR mod. Waiting for your videos
I always had great difficulty killing this boss, I feel very sorry for him, for all four passes of the game I pressed the finishing button every time with tears, I'm not the only one?
Yes also because he was so easy to fight against. The other bosses felt like victory but the poor dragon 🐉 was not a real match

Quite beautiful bossfight, feels so calm and aesthetic
2:50
That small amount of pause there at the final blow, PURE ANIME STYLE
Fighting with style
Did...did you just use Nightjar Slash and Reversal to dodge a sweep attack?
wow
This is very difficult to do, sabimaru follow up for every side step dodge and nighjar reversal for dodging backwards, great work man!
Never knew that the reverse Nightjar slash could evade sweeps like that, thought it was only the forward version. Learn something new every day
Maybe this is what Isshin Ashina meant when he described Tomoe's swordfighting as like dancing...
05 dislike ... WHY ? RUclips must remove the dislike icon in this channel. Keep it up 👍🏻 you are a real Sekiro living LEGEND.

Finally the god posted another one of his hunts do you guys get it😋😎
Using Sabimaru to dodge the attacks is the most anime thing ever
Betcha can't do that to mist noble!!
I mean your not wrong but not right
This, my friend, is what we like to call a "flex"
Stunning!!
I knew you could make even the Divine Dragon fight fancy
that sabimaru movement

I did not know you could just deflect the divine dragons wind slashes.... that’s insane
