Performance Assessments 2024

Two day race.
Day one swim 800m time trial 9:27.4 for me 10 second slower than last year but not too bad. Puts me in 34th place
Day two bike and run. 8th fastest bike in 27:39 43.7kph/avg. Got into the main pack. Into T2 5km run I ran an 18:05 with no run training for 10 weeks so not too bad.
36th Overall
