basically CDM is the thought process that consumers go through in determing what they will buy, while CBP is the actual process of buying a product or service (basically)

Thanks, I kind of got basics information, but in UNI they are going to teach us a book of 1000 page of consumer behaviour plus many articles, and 1056 pages of Principles of marketing..Do you think all that information is worth it? because I think what you taught here is like 5 chapter in a book :D like 50 pages maybe.

I wonder how many takes you had to do of the start of the video,how many times did the little fellow grab the bottle first and mess up the script,it must have happened otherwise his behaviour must have been predictable...or was it rehearsed? ie " We need you to pick up the ladle then wander off, then you can have your bottle"...as W.C Fields used to say, "Never work with kids or animals..I think my youngest would have picked up whatever he thought we didn't want him to for the hell of it....
Lol the baby and the ladle On eBay I have a gadget which gets mediocre reviews, even I hate it but people just keep buying it. I have always wondered "Why do you even want that I even told you the flaws in the description". The ladle is a great analogy explaining the very strange wants of customers. I had a water bottle that is about as generic as it could geg on sale once and it was selling like crazy and it turned out people really liked the little pouch that came with it (it is like a poster boy bag, no camp whatsoever but really sturdy)
