In Field block local anesthetic is deposited near the larger terminal nerve endings
In Nerve block local anesthetic is deposited close to the main nerve trunk

Mere 11 no teeth le backside main khana fas jata hai aur tongue se nikal deta hoon main . Bilkul micro small ka gap hai saayd agar main dentist ke pass jau to woh filling karenge local anasthesia laga ke ? Ya local anasthesia ke bina bhi filling ho sakti hai. Pain ni hai mujhe koi bhi. Aur agar local anasthesia laga to woh 100% sure hai ki treatment ke time pain ni hoga?
