We ordered it five years ago via QVC then tried it a couple of years ago...the POS deflated within an hour.😖 My husband threw it out with a swift kick!! $250 plus tax\shipping wasted but such is life.😌
We have had ours for 4 years (2 king size) and we absolutely love them. Purchased from Frontgate.
Well today is Tues Sept 28th and I got mine back in early April and it's a POS‼️WITHIN 5 MINUTES I have to keep inflating more air into it or else I'll sink! Even without laying on it, you can touch the edge of it and feel the mattress getting softer! It is a complete money pit. Just like all those $50+ air mattresses! A complete WASTE of MONEY‼️😡

Had to repair mine the second day of having it. Had a bad stitch on one of the seems. After that it worked wonders...

The man in the demonstration makes this product seem so easy to use, I'm definitely going to consider buying it!

how and where do /can we purchase?
I have two of these and welove them, i just add a padded mattress pad on the mattress to make it a little more comfortable, but on one, I have a small leak around the end where the dial for inflate/deflate is, is there a way to try and find the leak and hopefully be able to fix it? thank you!
The only way I know is, inflate it a bit & put it under water (most likely have to use a pool unless it'll fit in the tub. As for fixing, I know they make patch kits but, if it's by the dial, it might be difficult

I sleep on many inflatables and they ALWAYS end up loosing air eventually and basically have a life of 3-6 months tops.

It will stay inflated until you let the air out. It's self plugging.

Ok, this is what I found. The original air mattress had a small leak - found it!😃 Tried patching it. Useless. Got another one. Brand new, out of the box, the new replacement was defective. I am on my 3rd one since original ownership of this mattress and with any luck, the "third time's a charm."
