      Do you find it hard as well to find an academy that focuses on pure Tong Long ? Where I am I only have one school available and it is very different sadly. I can't quite work with it.

      It really is difficult. i don't know if there is one in Australia that is purely Tong long. im about to move interstate back to Vic and im hoping i can find something there.

    I tried a class once,and couldn,t move my arms for days after.How do you recover from this type of training??
